Ms. Charlotte “Carly” Zalenski (she/her) is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Supervisor in the state of Ohio. She earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walsh University. She has extensive experience treating children, adolescents and their families at various levels of care including outpatient, intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs.

She is trained in evidenced-based treatment models including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Maudsley Family Based Treatment (FBT). She specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of anxiety disorders, mood disorders, eating disorders, body image disturbances, self-esteem disturbances, self-harm and suicidal ideation and life transitions. She also believes the therapist-client relationship to be of the utmost importance, and tailors her approach to each unique client.

On a personal note, Carly enjoys spending time with her family, friends and especially her dog! She loves to travel, and she would love to hear about your favorite place you’ve visited. Carly practices yoga regularly, is an avid reader and loves all things musical theatre.
